At onlinekeys.eu we want to make sure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Although we sell digital content, we offer our customers the following return and remediation conditions:

1. Right of Return (30 Days)

We accept return requests within 30 days of purchase in the following situations:

• The license key was not delivered: If, for technical reasons, you did not receive the code by e-mail.
• Non-functional license: If the delivered product presents activation errors that cannot be resolved by our support team.
• Unused code: If the customer requests withdrawal before the license has been viewed or activated.

2. Exceptions

In accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) 34/2014, digital products that have already been activated and associated with a personal account can no longer be returned, as they become personalized goods that can no longer be resold.

3. Return Procedure

Returns are processed exclusively online, at no additional cost. To request a refund, please contact us at info@onlinekeys.eu with your order number. The refund will be issued within 1 day, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

4. Warranty

In accordance with Law 449/2003, all products are covered by a warranty. If a license experiences functionality issues during its validity period, we undertake to replace it with a new, functional license as soon as possible.
