2. Definition of Services

onlinekeys.eu sells exclusively digital products (software activation keys, Retail/OEM/ESD licenses). The products are delivered in the form of an alphanumeric code via electronic mail (e-mail). No physical products (DVDs or USB sticks) are delivered unless explicitly specified.

3. Ordering and Payment Process

  • An order is considered complete after payment confirmation.
  • The prices displayed on the site are final.
  • The accepted payment methods are displayed on the checkout page (secure card payment and bank transfer).

4. Product Delivery (Digital Delivery)

  • As these are digital products, delivery is free of charge and is made via e-mail.
  • Delivery time is usually instant, but may take up to a maximum of 24 hours in cases requiring additional verification.
  • The customer is obliged to check the “Spam” or “Junk” folder if the license is not received immediately after payment.

5. Return and Refund Policy

In accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) 34/2014, the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium is exempt from the right of withdrawal if performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent.

However, at onlinekeys.eu we offer an extended policy:

  • Return period: 30 days.
  • Condition: If the license has not been activated, or if you encounter technical activation errors that cannot be resolved by our support team, you will receive a full refund.
  • Procedure: The return request is to be sent to info@onlinekeys.eu. The refund is issued within a maximum of 1–3 business days to the card used for the payment.

6. Warranty and Technical Support

All licenses sold are covered by a 12-month activation warranty (on the same device, in accordance with Microsoft’s/the manufacturer’s terms). We offer free assistance via e-mail or WhatsApp for any issue encountered during installation or activation.

7. User Obligations

The user undertakes to provide accurate billing details and a valid e-mail address. PRO ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS SRL cannot be held liable for non-receipt of the product due to the customer providing an incorrect e-mail address.

8. Disputes and Applicable Law

Any dispute arising between the Customer and PRO ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS SRL shall be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, jurisdiction rests with the courts of Arad, Romania.
